Refund & Credit Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and store credit policy carefully before requesting a return.

⏳ Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 14 business days from the time we receive your returned item. Depending on your financial institution, the refund may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.

Note: International banks may take up to 10 additional business days to process refunds.

💳 Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as an In Control Clothing gift card. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

• Expired or Invalid Card?

If your card has expired or is no longer active, your refund will be issued as a store gift card.

• Orders via Afterpay, Klarna, Zip, or Affirm

Refunds for Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) payments will be processed through the original provider. Please continue to follow their payment schedule until your refund is posted.

Refunds through these services can take up to 21 business days depending on provider processing.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

We do not issue refunds on:

  • Shipping fees
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Underwear, socks, or swimsuits
  • Items returned without original tags
  • Gift cards or store credit purchases

💝 Choosing Store Credit

You may choose store credit in the form of a gift card which never expires. Gift card refunds may qualify for faster processing and bonus store perks.

📦 Return Eligibility

All returned items must be in original condition. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or credit.
